Ready to dive deeper? The SSI Advanced Open Water Diver Course is designed to expand your knowledge and experience, allowing you to explore the underwater world with greater confidence and skill.
The Advanced Open Water Diver Course is more than just a next step; it's an essential milestone for any passionate diver who wants to move beyond the basics. By taking this course, you'll not only refine your skills but also learn how to dive safely to a depth of 30 meters. Additionally, you get the chance to choose three dives that interest you the most, which includes two mandatory dives: deep diving and navigation.
Within the Advanced Open Water Diver Course, you have the freedom to personalize your learning experience by choosing from a range of exciting dives. Want to learn more about the abundant marine life? Then opt for Coral Identification or Fish Identification. Are you fascinated by the underwater nightlife? Consider the Night & Limited Visibility dive, though this is available upon request and incurs an additional fee.
To participate in this course, you must be at least 10 years old. Specific permission is required for deep diving from the age of 12. Additionally, you must hold a valid SSI Open Water or PADI Open Water certification.
The Advanced Adventurer course consists of 5 dives, each focusing on a specific aspect of diving, such as night diving, deep diving, and underwater navigation. The aim is to broaden your skills and deepen your knowledge of specific diving activities. This experience will not only boost your confidence as a diver but also prepare you for more challenging dives in the future.
Please note that reservations for Night Diving & Limited Visibility guided dives must be made in advance via email and are subject to availability. Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Night Diving & Limited Visibility surcharge: XCG 50 / $30,- per person.
