No experience? No problem. You first receive calm instruction and get acquainted with diving before entering the water.
In advance, you create a personal account with SSI. Here you fill in the required documents digitally.
This includes:

At the dive school, we fit the diving equipment together. Your instructor calmly explains how each component works and what you can expect underwater.
Then, under your instructor's guidance, you set up your own dive set yourself. This way you learn how the equipment works, what everything is for, and you know exactly how your equipment is prepared before you go diving.

From the shore, we calmly walk into the water together.
In shallow water, you first get acquainted with breathing underwater and practice some simple skills.
Only when you feel comfortable do we continue with the real dive.

Then you make your first real dive in the sea.
