Medical Health Declaration:
Before you start diving, complete a medical health declaration while enjoying a coffee/tea or water to ensure that you are fit enough to dive.
You will soon be healthy enough to go diving, but there are sometimes some points of interest, such as the use of medication or certain (old) conditions.
For all dives we provide, it is important that you can answer no to all questions.
If you can answer no to everything, you do not have to do anything and complete the medical declaration of health on the day of your dive.
If you answer yes, print out the form and take it to a (diving) doctor in your area to have this statement completed.
The medical health declaration with information can be found here.
Fit Diving Equipment:
It is essential to fit diving equipment properly so that it fits comfortably and provides maximum safety while diving.
When trying on diving equipment, it is important to pay attention to the correct fit of the BCD, wetsuit, shoes and fins.
In addition, it is also important that the mask with snorkel fits properly on the face and that the tank and weights are properly adjusted.
By fitting the diving equipment properly, you can enjoy your diving experience with confidence.

It is very important to become familiar with your diving equipment.
During the introductory dive, your instructor will give you a detailed explanation of how to use the diving equipment.
Under the guidance of your instructor, you will assemble your own diving set with the associated checks, so that you know exactly how the diving equipment works and what it does.
Diving Signs And Exercises:
Your instructor will also teach you the most important diving signs so that you can communicate well during the dive.
During the introductory dive, you will perform a number of exercises to familiarize yourself with the underwater environment and learn basic diving skills.
