When planning an adventurous diving experience, it is essential to be aware of the cancellation terms. Unforeseen circumstances may require you to change your diving plans. Here is an overview of the cancellation terms that apply to confirmed reservations, so you can be well-prepared and avoid unnecessary costs.
If you cancel, 25% of the total price will be charged.
Canceling within this period will result in a charge of 50% of the total price.
Canceling within this short notice will result in a charge of 75% of the total cost.
In this case, the full 100% of the total price will be charged.
If you fail to show up without canceling, all costs will be charged.
For the cancellation of all courses, there will be no refund of the already paid costs for activating the course materials. The good news is that the course materials will remain active and accessible to the student, so you can continue the course at a later time.
We understand that there are situations beyond your control, such as flight delays or illness. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule the activity, if possible. However, for cancellations based on medical reasons or at your own request after the start of a course or dive, all costs will be charged.
Given the strict cancellation terms, we strongly recommend getting good diving or travel insurance. Such insurance can provide financial protection in case of unforeseen circumstances and cancellations. It ensures that you can look forward to your diving adventure with peace of mind, knowing that you are prepared for unexpected situations.
